ShopNotes（以下「本アプリ」）をインストールまたは使用することで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。同意されない場合は、本アプリをアンインストールしてください。本規約は本アプリのすべてのユーザーに適用されます。
本アプリは、藤本商店が開発・運営しています。
By installing or using ShopNotes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
The App is developed and operated by Fujimoto Shoten.
ShopNotes は、マーチャントが Shopify 管理画面内で社内向けの付箋メモを作成・管理できる Shopify 組み込みアプリです。メモには、テキスト、チェックリスト、コードスニペット、画像を含めることができます。
本アプリは2つのプランでご利用いただけます：
ShopNotes is a Shopify embedded application that allows merchants to create and manage internal sticky notes within their Shopify Admin. Notes may contain text, checklists, code snippets, and images.
The App is available in two plans:
Proプランは、Shopifyの決済システムを通じて月額$10（USD）で請求されます。新規加入者には7日間の無料トライアルをご利用いただけます。
サブスクリプションはアプリ内からいつでもキャンセルできます。キャンセル後はフリープランに戻ります。日割り返金は行いません。
すべての請求はShopifyが処理します。藤本商店は決済情報を保存しません。
The Pro Plan is billed at $10 USD per month through Shopify's billing system. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the App. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the Free Plan. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
All billing is handled by Shopify. Fujimoto Shoten does not store payment information.
以下の目的での本アプリの使用を禁止します：
アプリ内で作成したメモのコンテンツについては、ご自身が責任を負うものとします。
You agree not to use the App to:
You are responsible for the content of notes you create within the App.
本アプリのデザインおよびコードを含むすべての権利は藤本商店に帰属します。アプリ内で作成したコンテンツ（メモ）はお客様自身の財産です。
The App, including its design and code, is the property of Fujimoto Shoten. The content you create within the App (your notes) remains your property.
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、いかなる種類の保証もありません。藤本商店は本アプリの中断のない、またはエラーのない動作を保証しません。
本アプリに保存されたノートデータについて、安全な管理に最善を尽くしておりますが、完全性・永続性・機密性を保証するものではありません。重要な業務情報の保管には、別途適切なシステムをご利用ください。
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fujimoto Shoten does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
We make every effort to securely manage note data stored in this App; however, we do not guarantee the completeness, permanence, or confidentiality of such data. For storing critical business information, please use an appropriate dedicated system.
法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、藤本商店は、データの損失を含む、本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じる間接的、偶発的、または結果的損害について責任を負いません。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fujimoto Shoten shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including loss of data.
Shopifyストアから本アプリをアンインストールすることで、いつでも利用を終了できます。アンインストール時に、すべてのデータが削除されます。
本規約に違反した場合、当社は本アプリへのアクセスを停止または終了する権利を留保します。
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, all your data will be deleted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App in cases of violation of these Terms.
本規約は随時更新される場合があります。変更後も本アプリを継続してご利用いただくことで、更新された規約に同意したものとみなします。重要な変更についてはユーザーへの通知に合理的な努力を払います。
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
